HOW WE WORK
Step 1: Initial Consultation & Conceptualizing Your Vision
Impact Vision Studios aims to make the process as personalized as it can be. During this phase, we meet with our clients virtually or in person depending on the scope of the project. It is our conscious effort to get an understanding of you and your vision. We take this time to discuss, brainstorm and guide you through our approach.
Step 2: Setting up Your Personal Portal
Once your consultation is complete and you are ready to move forward with Impact Vision Studios, we complete the formalities related to the contract and payments. During this time, we set up your personalized client portal. This portal will be used to plan your shoot and where all future correspondences take place.
Step 3: Creative Consulting
For magic to happen, planning must take place! Impact Vision Studios will work with you to ideate for your shoot. We work to isolate dates, locations, outfits, songs and props. We guide you to ensure that your project is perfectly captured. We work thoughtfully and professionally to ensure that your days are organized and free of any stress.
Step 4: Day(s) of Shooting
All the planning comes to fruition on camera. On the day of the photoshoot, we ensure everyone is well-prepared and feels their best, guaranteeing we capture the highest quality content.
Step 5: Editing & Final Delivery
Impact vision studios complete the editing in-house. Our team remains connected to the process from the first consultation to the last second of editing, no details are spared. This allows us to work as a full service provider so that we can get your deliverables to you on time, every time. Ending up with a project that was meticulously created to create an impact!
